Ballroom Boot Camp

  Get ready to take your dancing skills to a whole new level! Dance Fever Studio is hosting their annual Ballroom Boot Camp for an intensive five-day ballroom and Latin dance training session. The goal of this extreme dance session is to prepare Gold Level or higher dancers for competition. You will learn how to maximize your potential as you develop your body's strength and endurance with Yoga, Stretch and Pilates training with professional guest instructors. Through a special series of exercises designed specifically to enhance the muscle groups most required for ballroom dancing you will improve your strength and flexibility, and increase endurance with daily rounds.

  Your self-confidence will improve boundlessly and give you marvelous advantages during your next dancesport competition as you learn the latest techniques in jazz, ballet and modern dancing with an experienced guest teacher. You can also gain spectacular Flamenco dancing skills during this comprehensive dance training camp. Talented dancers from all over the Boston and Newton area have eagerly participated in prior boot camp sessions, and have received tremendous benefit as they have expanded their competitive ballroom dancing skills.
